- Please upload your photo for an ICTM Pass.
- Please upload your student ID card or a letter from your educational institution as a proof of student status.
- Please also present your student ID card or a letter from your educational institution at the registration table in order to collect your ICTM pass.
- Payment is not refundable and not transferable to another ICTM participant.
- Please note that there will be additional 3% bank processing fee. This amount is charged by the bank and will not be mentioned on the official receipt issued by Chula Unisearch.
- All ICTM presenters MUST REGISTER EARLY BIRD ONLY. In case of difficult circumstances, please contact us at ictm2019thailand@gmail.com for discussion before/by 23.59 hour (GMT +7:00 Thailand time) of 30th April 2019 ONLY. Otherwise, your presentation will automatically be canceled.

***Please note that lunch and dinner will not be provided except Thai Cooking Workshops.

***Places to visit might be amended without advance notice due to rainy season.

***Local transportation is included in the fee.

***Pick up and drop off points will be at Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University.
