Registration Terms & Conditions – Coco Loco Pattaya Festival 2026
Section A – Introduction
- These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding contract between the participant ("the Client") and the organizing company Asiatica Art Co., LTD. ("the Company" or "the Organizer"), and shall apply to anyone who registers, purchases a ticket, or wishes to participate in the Festival.
- These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the masculine form for convenience only but apply equally to all genders.
- Registration for the Festival constitutes a declaration by the Client that he has read these Terms & Conditions in full, understood them, and agreed to them.
- The Company reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. Any update published on the official Festival website shall be binding.

Section C – Participation Requirements
- The Festival is open to any person aged 20 or above (in accordance with Thai law regarding alcohol consumption).
- Registration is on a "first come, first served" basis and subject to availability.
- Registration shall be confirmed only after full payment has been received and confirmed by the Company.
Section D – Packages and Included Services
- The Company offers the following types of registration packages:
8.1 Participation Package without Accommodation – includes entry to all Festival activities, unlimited beverages (including locally produced alcoholic drinks), and meals according to the menu served at the Festival events.
8.2 Participation Packages with Accommodation – include accommodation at the Eastern Grand Palace Hotel (or another hotel designated by the Company), in addition to entry to all Festival activities, unlimited beverages (including locally produced alcoholic drinks), and meals according to the hotel’s menu:
- 4-Night Package – accommodation on an "All-Inclusive" basis.
- 7-Night Package – the first 4 nights on an "All-Inclusive" basis, followed by 3 nights on a Bed & Breakfast basis only.
- Responsibility for hotel services (rooms, facilities, meals) lies solely with the hotel. The Company shall not be liable for any deficiency in hotel services.
- The Company reserves the right to change the artistic program, artist lineup, workshops, or schedule at any time, at its sole discretion.
- The Client acknowledges that changes may occur in the Festival’s activities and events for any reason, at any time, at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company may change or update the schedule, the list of artists, the workshops, or any other activity. The Client is solely responsible for staying updated through the official Festival website only, at www.cocolocopattaya.com.
Section E – Rooms and Accommodation
- Rooms are designated for up to 3 persons only.
- Room allocation shall be based on the package purchased and subject to availability.
- The Company reserves the right to allocate single participants to shared rooms, at its discretion.
- Any change in room composition after booking is subject to the Company’s approval and may incur a change fee.
Section F – Payments
- Payment shall be made by international credit card or any other payment method published on the Festival registration website.
- A single transaction cannot be split between multiple credit cards.
- Registration shall be considered final only after confirmation of payment by the Company’s system.

Section G – Cancellations and Changes
- Any request for cancellation or change must be submitted in writing by email to the Company.
- The cancellation policy will be published on the Festival website and shall be subject to Thai law and the hotel’s cancellation policy.
- The Company reserves the right to charge cancellation/change fees depending on the timing of the request.
- Cancellations will not be permitted after January 1, 2026. From that date, full cancellation fees (100%) will apply.
Section H – Liability and Limitations
- The Company is responsible only for organizing and producing the Festival. All accommodation, food, facilities, and hotel services are provided directly by the hotel.
- The Company shall not be liable for any bodily injury or property damage that may occur to the Client at the hotel or during Festival activities.
- The Client acknowledges that the Festival includes loud music, parties, and dancing until late hours, and waives in advance any claim regarding noise.
Section I – Participant Conduct
- Any form of physical or verbal violence will result in immediate termination of the Client’s participation in the Festival without refund.
- The Client undertakes to respect the hotel facilities. Any damage caused shall be the sole responsibility of the Client.
Section J – Photography and Media Use
- The Company reserves the right to photograph, film, and use images and videos from the Festival for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Registration constitutes prior consent to such use without compensation.
Section K – Force Majeure and Event Cancellation
- In cases of force majeure (pandemic, natural disaster, war, government regulations), the Company reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event.
- In the event of full cancellation, the Client shall be entitled only to a refund of the actual payment made. No further compensation will be provided for indirect damages.
Section L – Privacy and Communications
- The Client agrees that the information provided may be used by the Company for communication and marketing purposes.
- The Client may request removal from the Company’s mailing list at any time via email.
Section M – Jurisdiction
- It is agreed that any dispute or disagreement shall be subject exclusively to the competent courts in Thailand, and governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
