- About the Event
The World Logistics Festival 2026 (WLF 2026) is a premier business-to-business (B2B) trade celebration and conference organized by Logizall. It is a game-changing marketplace designed to bridge the gap between Freight Forwarders, Shippers, and Consignees. The event provides a high-energy platform for networking, business matching, and industry innovation, held at the iconic ICONSIAM Hall, Bangkok, Thailand.
- General Terms of Use
By registering for WLF 2026, you agree to comply with all event policies. The Organizers reserve the right to modify the event format, agenda, or venue at their sole discretion to ensure the quality and safety of the festival. All digital content and branding associated with WLF 2026 are the property of Logizall and may not be reproduced without written permission.
- Registration and Admission
- Access Control: Admission is granted based on the pass type: Expo Pass, Business Pass, or All-Access VIP Pass. Official badges must be worn at all times.
- Eligibility: While the Exhibition is open to all industry stakeholders, the Professional 1-on-1 Meeting Platform is strictly reserved for Logistics Providers only and other logistics-related service providers.
- Data Amendments: Attendees are permitted one (1) data edit per ticket. Requests must be emailed to cs@logizall.com with the subject: "Request to edit personal information WLF2026 / company name, Order No. XXXXXX".
- Pricing and Payment
- Currency Policy: Payments for overseas companies must be made in USD ($). Payments in Thai Baht (฿) are reserved exclusively for Thai-based entities.
- Early Bird Rates: Promotional pricing is valid only for registrations paid in full by 31 March 2026.
- Full Payment Requirement: Passes are only confirmed upon receipt of the exact amount displayed in the system. Partial payments will not be processed.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy
TRACK A: ATTENDEE PASSES (EXPO, BUSINESS, VIP)
General Public & Non-Logistics Providers
- Strict Non-Cash Refundable Policy: All payments for every package of Attendee Passes. No cash refunds or credits will be issued.
Logistics Providers (Company Credit Option) Companies verified as Logistics Providers may request to convert their Attendee Pass payment into a Logizall membership discount credit under the following conditions:
- What you get: 70% of your total payment will be converted into a credit discount.
- Where to use it: The credit can only be applied toward a Logizall Platinum Membership Package (or higher).
- Vetting & Approval Requirement: Approval is subject to the standard Logizall Membership Approval Process. You must provide three (3) professional references, and at least two-thirds (2/3) must be positive.
- The Deadline: Written requests must be submitted by May 25, 2026 (30 days before the event).
- How to apply: Email sales@logizall.com with the subject: “Refund Credit Process Request WLF2026 / [Your Company Name],[Order No. XXXXXX]”.
Important Terms:
- Bank Fees: All bank charges, transaction fees, and currency exchange losses are excluded from the credit amount.
- Limits: Credits are capped at $2,500 USD and are for one-time use only.
- Expiry: All credits strictly expire on August 26, 2026.
TRACK B: BOOTH FEES & SPONSORSHIP FEES
- 75% Partial Refund Eligibility: Companies may request a partial refund of 75% of the total amount paid for Booth or Sponsorship fees, provided the written request is received at least 90 days prior to the event start date (on or before March 27, 2026).
- Bank Fee Exclusion: Any approved refund will be processed excluding all bank fees, wire transfer charges, and currency exchange losses incurred during both the original payment and the refund transaction.
- Complimentary Passes Exclusion: Any Expo, Business, or VIP Passes included as part of a Booth or Sponsorship package are strictly non-credit refundable. These passes:
- Cannot be refunded for cash.
- Cannot be converted into digital credit.
- Cannot be applied as a discount or credit toward Logizall Membership fees.
- Alternative (Booth Substitution): If a company cannot utilize its booked booth, it may request to transfer/substitute the booth to a partner company.
- The new company must be approved by the Logizall Sales Team.
- The request must be made at least 90 days before the event (on or before March 27, 2026).
- Force Majeure: If the event is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control, all fees will be carried forward to the rescheduled dates.
- Networking and Social Events * Welcome Cocktail Party & Final night
- This Day 1 event is open to Business Pass and All-Access VIP Pass holders.
- High-Level Networking Party: This exclusive celebration on the final night (Day 3) is reserved strictly for All-Access VIP Pass holders.
- Event Updates: Details regarding private lounge areas and additional social activities will be updated via official channels as they are finalized.
- Future Exhibition & Booth Options * Current Packages
The Standard Booth (SD) and Premium Partner (SP) packages include integrated All-Access VIP Passes as part of the premium festival experience.
- Package Expansion: The organizers reserve the right to introduce additional booth tiers in the future, including "Entry-Level" or "Basic" exhibition spaces.
- Tier Restrictions: Future basic booth packages may feature simplified designs and may not include complimentary attendee passes or access to high-level networking events.
- Announcement: All future booth options will be announced on the official website and will be subject to availability within the ICONSIAM Hall floor plan.
- Tax Invoice / Receipt & Withholding Tax (Thai Companies Only)
- Tax Invoices: Automatically issued via Zipevent’s e-Tax system upon payment. Changes cannot be made after issuance. For any issue, contact accounting@logizall.com within 14 business days.
- Withholding Tax (WHT): Thai buyers may apply a 3% WHT (calculated from the price before 7% VAT). Original WHT certificates must be submitted to the Logizall Accounting Department by 30 June 2026 for a refund to be processed.
- Privacy Policy
WLF 2026 respects your data privacy. We collect limited personal information (name, email, company) to manage your registration and facilitate business matching. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for event marketing purposes. Your data will be handled in accordance with global PDPA and GDPR standards.
