Registration Rules
Online registration opens on August 30, 2025 (6:00 PM) and closes on September 4, 2025 (12:00 PM), or once all 145 slots are filled.
1. Each attendee is entitled to one entry only. Duplicate or transferred registrations will not be accepted.
2.Seating/standing positions will be randomly assigned by Charmiss. The final lineup will be announced on September 5, 2025 via the Charmiss Facebook Page.
3.Registered attendees must present proof of registration at the check-in counter on September 14, 2025 to access the event area.
4.Entry to the event is open from 3:30 – 4:30 PM. Attendees must show their wristband (matching their seat number) and valid ID (passport or national ID card).
5.If you do not check in within 15 minutes of your zone’s entry time, your spot will be forfeited.
6.Damaged or broken wristbands will not be accepted.
7.Charmiss’s decision is final.
Event Rules
1.No weapons or sharp objects allowed.
2.No posters or tablets larger than A4 size.
3.Food and drinks are allowed only in sealed containers with lids.
4.No sound-amplifying devices permitted.
5.No tripods, selfie sticks, folding chairs, or any height-enhancing equipment allowed.
6.Do not stand on chairs.
7. No alcoholic beverages allowed inside the venue.
8. No fighting, disorderly conduct, or disruptive behavior.
Note: Photos and videos of the event and audience may be taken for promotional purposes across Charmiss media channels.
