LeanIT คือการนำเอาหลักการของ Lean Manufacturing และ Lean Service มาใช้ในการพัฒนาและจัดการองค์กร IT.
เป้าหมายคือการพัฒนาการอย่างต่อเนื่อง ในการจัดการองค์กร IT ให้สามารถส่งมอบ Business Value ให้กับลูกค้า และเพิ่มระดับความเป็นมืออาชีพของเหล่าพนักงาน IT.
