What are HACCP, GMP, FSSC & ISO 22000?
Structure of ISO 22000:2018 (Food safety management System, FSMS) to improve consumer protection and trust of consumers regarding the integrity of all food products
• To recognize key elements of food safety such as interactive communication, system management, process control and HACCP principles, with “pre-requisite programs” (PRPs).
• Plan, conduct, report and follow up an audit of a FSMS to establish conformity with ISO 22000, in accordance with ISO 19011:2018
• Creating a useful tool for ensuring compliance with customer and legal food safety requirements
