An interior design trend under the concept of sustainability has been applied in real estate organisations, including Research & Innovation for Sustainability Center (RISC). At RISC, environmental sustainability for residents and energy conservation have been taken into account. In addition, construction materials selection and design and innovation technology are also successfully integrated.
