ห้างสรรพสินค้า และพื้นที่พาณิชยกรรม เป็นพื้นที่ที่ด้วยผู้คนหลากหลายกลุ่ม ทั้งผู้ขาย ลูกค้า ที่มีการบริการที่หลากหลาย ซึ่งปัจจุบันห้างสรรพสินค้าเป็นมากกว่าพื้นที่ขายสินค้า แต่เป็นพื้นที่ที่รวบรวมวัฒนธรรมของสังคม ทิศทางต่างๆ ดังนั้นการออกแบบห้างสรรพสินค้า และพื้นที่พาณิชยกรรมในปัจจุบันจึงมีความซับซ้อนมากกว่าในอดีต บริษัท สถาปนิก 49 จำกัด จึงจะนำประสบการณ์การออกแบบ เทคนิค และแนวทางในการออกแบบในแต่ละโครงการมาแลกเปลี่ยน และเผยแพร่แก่ผู้สนใจต่อไป

Shopping malls and commercial space are space where different types of people gather, whether they be entrepreneurs or customers, giving diversities to the space. Today, shopping malls are not only just commercial space, but they are also space where social and cultural phenomena take place. In this sense, the design of shopping malls and commercial space today is more complex than the past. In this lecture, techniques and concepts in today’s design will be discussed and exchanged for those who are interested in this topic.
