We have discovered that people can adapt quickly when they are present and mindful of the space they are in. But sometimes the stories and beliefs we carry keep us from being able to do so. We will discuss the power of the mind to take control of stressful spaces by shifting the way we think to make beneficial changes.
Speakers
Paricha Duangtaweesub - a design researcher from the Design Impact graduate program from Stanford University with expertise in energy. He currently teaches design thinking for justice at Chulalongkorn University and independently consults for Thai businesses.
Yuri Zaitsev - an experience designer from the Design Impact graduate program from Stanford University with expertise in healthcare. He conducted original design research on personal resilience under the guidance of Michael Barry, Adjunct Professor at Stanford University. He is currently consulting for large corporations and local governments.
Jenjira Holmes - Graduated from Landscape Architecture Department, Harvard Graduate School of Design specialized in unban citizen's ecology.
