Thousands years ago, faith had been described and shown by many kinds of arts like paintings, sculptures, carves and more, however, the artists who created those arts were prisoned their imagination by material, size, and nature laws such as wind directions, gravity, and human perception of dimensions. But from now on, as it is the era of digital technology, yet, it’s the new era for arts also. By digital technology, artists and audiences can step across all nature laws like never before. For this project, the artist chooses “Faith” as it can both connect and point to the differences between the creation of faith in the past and the creation of faith in VR technology.
Discovery and Answers
During the experiment of creating this work, the artist found that digital arts can be the medium to create many more complex works and helps artists to go deeper into their imaginations of immersive world without worrying about the bondage of the reality. This will bring audience into artist’s imagination deeply and surprisingly.
