HOW TO BOOK

1. Choose your ticket or table package and complete your booking.
2. Your e-ticket with a QR code will be sent to your email.
3. Show the QR code at the entrance on event day.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Online presale closes on 17 October 2026 at 18:00. After that, tickets and tables are sold at the venue at door prices.
• Table packages: 1 ticket = 1 table or sofa for the whole group. One e-ticket is issued per table.
• 2 Lady Ticket is limited to 1 ticket per person.
• Included drinks are served from the selected menu.
• Additional drinks: 290 THB per glass.
• Getting there: Mercure Bangkok Makkasan is near Airport Rail Link Makkasan and MRT Phetchaburi.

TAX INVOICE AND WITHHOLDING TAX

1. Tax invoice / receipt

• Tax invoices are issued automatically by the Zipevent system.
• Details cannot be changed once issued. Please check that your information is correct before confirming your order.
• Your electronic tax invoice (e-Tax Invoice & Receipt) will be sent immediately after payment is complete.
• The e-Tax Invoice & Receipt you receive by email is proof of payment for initial reference. If you need a document for accounting and tax records that meets the requirements of the Revenue Department, please email thitirat.wa@lambdaplusmedia.com with the subject 'Original Tax Invoice Request' and attach the e-Tax Invoice & Receipt file you received. We will send the original tax invoice within 7 business days.
• Please email us about withholding tax within the month of purchase only.

2. Withholding tax
Ticket buyers may withhold tax as follows.

Withholding rate

• 3% of the ticket price before VAT (VAT 7%)
• Excludes Zipevent fees

Refund conditions

• After the buyer has paid the full ticket price, the company will refund the withheld tax at the stated rate within 15 business days.
• Refunds are made after the company receives the original documents and complete information.

Required documents

1. Ticket ID and event name
2. Address and phone number for document delivery
3. Company certificate
4. VAT registration certificate (Por Por 20)
5. Original withholding tax certificate. Note: the payment date on the certificate must match the actual ticket payment date.
6. Copy of bank book — for juristic persons only
7. Receipt/tax invoice or order from the Zipevent system
8. The e-Tax Invoice & Receipt received by email
