Vendor Guidelines / คู่มือสำหรับร้านค้าและบูธจำหน่ายสินค้า

1. BOOTH FACILITIES (สิ่งที่บูธจะได้รับ)
   • 1 2x2m tent / เต็นท์ขนาด 2x2 เมตร
   • 1 Table with white cloth cover (Size: W75 x L180 x H75 cm) / โต๊ะ 1 ตัว พร้อมผ้าคลุมสีขาว
      (ขนาด กว้าง 75 x ยาว 180 x สูง 75 ซม.)
   • 2 Chairs / เก้าอี้ 2 ตัว
   • Electrical outlets / ปลั๊กไฟ
   • Booth number & shop name sign on table / ป้ายหมายเลขบูธและชื่อร้านบนโต๊ะ

   ⚠ No washing zone / ไม่มีจุดล้างภาชนะ
   
   
2. VENDOR REQUIREMENTS (สิ่งที่ทุกร้านต้องเตรียมมาเอง)
   • Cart/Trolley for transporting goods (dragging is not allowed to avoid floor damage) /
      รถเข็น หรือตะกร้าลาก ห้ามลากของบนพื้น
   • Booth decorations / ของตกแต่งบูธ
   • Additional booth lighting if needed / ไฟส่องสว่างเพิ่มเติม
   • Ice box (if needed) / ถังน้ำแข็ง (ถ้ามีการใช้งาน)
   • Eco-friendly packaging for food containers and merchandise bags / บรรจุภัณฑ์เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม

   ⚠ No additional furniture allowed beyond booth space (max width 2m, max depth 2m
      including selling area) /
      ห้ามนำเฟอร์นิเจอร์เกินพื้นที่ที่กำหนด (หน้ากว้างไม่เกิน 2 เมตร ลึกไม่เกิน 2 เมตร รวมพื้นที่ขาย)
   
   
3. BOOTH SETUP & REMOVAL (การติดตั้งและเก็บบูธ)
   • Setup time: 07:00 – 14:00, Saturday 29 Nov 2025 /
      เวลาติดตั้งบูธ: 07:00 – 14:00 น. วันเสาร์ที่ 29 พฤศจิกายน 2568
   • Removal time: 22:00 – 23:00, Saturday 29 Nov 2025 /
      เวลาเก็บบูธ: 22:00 – 23:00 น. วันเสาร์ที่ 29 พฤศจิกายน 2568
   • ⚠ Vendors are responsible for all booth decorations and must remove them after the event /
      ร้านค้าต้องตกแต่งบูธเองและเก็บออกหลังงาน
   
   
4. BOOTH SPACE REGULATIONS (ข้อกำหนดพื้นที่บูธ)
   • Maximum width: 2 meters (including signage) / หน้ากว้างไม่เกิน 2 เมตร (รวมป้ายร้าน)
   • Maximum depth: 2 meters (including selling area) / ความลึกไม่เกิน 2 เมตร (รวมพื้นที่ขาย)
   • Vendors may use the space behind booth up to 2 meters / ใช้พื้นที่หลังบูธได้ไม่เกิน 2 เมตร
   ⚠ Protect school property: use protective sheets if using gas, oil, fire, or heat equipment /
   ต้องป้องกันทรัพย์สินของโรงเรียน หากใช้อุปกรณ์ที่มี แก๊ส น้ำมัน ไฟ หรือความร้อน ให้เตรียมอุปกรณ์
   ป้องกันพื้น/สนามหญ้า/ต้นไม้
   ⚠ Vendors who cook with oil are required to lay rubber mats on the floor to prevent oil
   splatter / ร้านที่มีการประกอบอาหารด้วยน้ำมัน จะต้องปูพื้นด้วยผ้ายาง เพื่อกันน้ำมันกระเด็นลงพื้น
   ⚠ Vendors must clearly display the prices of their food and merchandise / ติดป้ายราคา
   อาหาร และสินค้าอย่างชัดเจน
   
   
5. ELECTRICITY (การใช้ไฟฟ้า)
   • All vendors must declare electrical equipment and amp usage in advance /
     ทุกบูธต้องแจ้งอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าและกำลังไฟ (amp) ล่วงหน้า
   • Vendors using high-power equipment must check with organizer to avoid outages /
      หากใช้อุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้ากำลังสูง ต้องตรวจสอบและแจ้งผู้จัดเพื่อป้องกันไฟฟ้าดับ
   ⚠ Should vendors bring and plug in any additional electrical equipment beyond what has
       been declared, it may cause a blackout of the entire zone. To prevent this, please state the
       exact power (amp) usage of all equipment. /
      หากร้านค้านำอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าเพิ่มเติมที่ไม่ได้แจ้งล่วงหน้าและนำมาใช้งาน อาจทำให้ไฟฟ้าดับทั้งโซน เพื่อป้องกันปัญหานี้
      กรุณาแจ้งกำลังไฟ (amp) ของอุปกรณ์ทุกชิ้นอย่างถูกต้อง
   
   
6. STAFF TICKETS (บัตรเข้างานสำหรับพนักงาน)
   • Each booth includes 2 staff tickets / ทุกบูธได้รับบัตรพนักงาน 2 ใบ
   • Extra staff tickets: 200 THB/person (maximum 2 extra per booth) /
     ซื้อบัตรพนักงานเพิ่มเติมได้ในราคา 200 บาท/คน จำกัดไม่เกิน 2 ใบ/บูธ
   • Tickets can be purchased with the organizer on setup day / สามารถซื้อบัตรเพิ่มได้ในวันติดตั้งบูธ
   
   
7. ICE SUPPLY (การสั่งน้ำแข็ง)
   Vendors needing ice can order directly from / ผู้ที่ต้องการน้ำแข็งสามารถติดต่อได้ที่::

   Please provide shop name, zone, booth number, contact number, and ice quantity. /
   โปรดแจ้ง ชื่อร้าน โซน หมายเลขบูธ เบอร์ติดต่อ และปริมาณน้ำแข็ง ที่ต้องการ
   
   
8. CHECK-IN & ACCESS (การรับบัตรและการเข้าออก)
   • Vendor staff can collect wristbands/landyards from 07:30 at designated entrances /
   พนักงานสามารถรับสายรัดข้อมือ/สายคล้องคอได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 07:30 น. ที่ประตูทางเข้า::
   ◦ Junior Canteen Gate (Junior side) /ประตูโรงอาหาร Junior (ฝั่ง Junior)
   ◦ Plaza Gate (Senior side) / ประตู Plaza (ฝั่ง Senior)
   • Staff tables will be set up at both entrances for check-in / จะมีโต๊ะเจ้าหน้าที่สำหรับเช็คอินตรงทางเข้า
   
   
9. LOADING ZONES (จุดโหลดของ)
   • Gate A (near Junior Football Field, entry from Nuntawan/Vive Village):

   ▶ Booths 1–60
   • Gate B (Junior side, next to Junior Dining Hall):
   • Gate C (Senior side, near School Shop):

   ▶ Booths 61-90
   ⚠ Vendors must bring their own carts and avoid piling goods at entrances
       / ทุกบูธต้องเตรียมรถเข็นเอง และห้ามกองของขวางทางเข้าประตู
   
   
10. SAFETY & EMERGENCY (ความปลอดภัยและกรณีฉุกเฉิน)
    • Vendors must ensure booth safety at all times / ร้านค้าต้องดูแลความปลอดภัยของบูธตลอดเวลา
    ⚠ Food vendors using gas stoves for cooking are required to have a fire extinguisher at
       their designated booth / ร้านที่ประกอบอาหารด้วยเตาแก็ซ จะต้องมีถังดับเพลิงประจำที่บูธของตัวเอง
    • In case of accidents or injuries at the drop-off area, please contact / หากเกิดอุบัติเหตุหรือการ

11. CASH VOUCHER POLICY (นโยบายการใช้บัตรกำนัลเงินสด)
    • All booth vendors are required to accept Cash Vouchers in denominations of 50 THB and
      100 THB from VIP table guests.

      / ร้านค้าทุกบูธจะต้องยอมรับการชำระเงินด้วย บัตรกำนัล (Voucher) มูลค่า 50 บาท และ 100 บาท จากลูกค้าโต๊ะ VIP
    • Each VIP table will receive vouchers totaling 2,000 THB to purchase goods and food from booths.

      / โต๊ะ VIP แต่ละโต๊ะจะได้รับบัตรกำนัลมูลค่ารวม 2,000 บาท สำหรับซื้อสินค้าและอาหารภายในงาน
    ⚠ Vendors must collect and keep all vouchers received throughout the event.

      / ร้านค้าต้องเก็บรวบรวมบัตรกำนัลที่ได้รับไว้ตลอดทั้งงาน
    
    • Redemption Process / ขั้นตอนการแลกเงิน:
    • Vendors can submit vouchers to the organizer on event day to redeem cash viamobile banking
      at the redemption table between 19:00 – 21:30. /
      ร้านค้าสามารถนำบัตรกำนัลมาแลกเงินสดกับผู้จัดงานได้ ผ่าน Mobile Banking ที่โต๊ะแลกบัตรกำนัล ภายในวันงาน
      เวลา 19:00 – 21:30 น.
    • Alternatively, vouchers can be submitted at the end of the event to the organizer for redemption
      via mobile banking on Monday, 1 Dec 2025. /
      หรือสามารถส่งบัตรกำนัลให้ผู้จัดงานหลังจบงาน เพื่อนำไปแลกรับเงินผ่าน Mobile Banking ในวันจันทร์ที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2025
    ⚠ Vendors are responsible for keeping their collected vouchers safe until redemption.
      Lost vouchers cannot be refunded.

      / ร้านค้าต้องรับผิดชอบในการเก็บรักษาบัตรกำนัลที่ได้รับ หากสูญหาย จะไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้
