Your lead facilitator is Alan Clayton, founder of Revolutionise International and author of Great Fundraising Organizations (2025). Alan has spent his career helping nonprofits around the world build sustainable growth through fundraising, and has worked with over 400 organisations trained in the Great Fundraising approach.

The programme is based on the Great Fundraising Report by leading fundraising professors Adrian Sargeant and Jen Shang, plus a ten-year study into the leadership behaviours that drive transformational growth.
