Thailand Coffee Fest ‘Year End’ 2026 

The year-end of coffee festival , organized by the Specialty Coffee Association of Thailand(SCATH) and The Cloud.

This event brings together professionals from across the café and beverage business community. It is a space of opportunity for entrepreneurs to showcase their products, ingredients, and innovations, contributing to the continued growth and development of the industry.

Now in its fourth edition, the festival has consistently received an enthusiastic response from coffee lovers. A wide range of activities invites visitors to connect, exchange ideas, and learn together. The event presents key perspectives from across the coffee and beverage industries — from tea, chocolate, and matcha to health drinks, innovative products, and related businesses  all coming together to share valuable insights and stories.

It also features stories of Thai rice and cuisine from Thailand Rice Fest, a festival held alongside the event. This unique pairing offers visitors a deeper understanding of specialty coffee while bringing together the finest selections from Thailand’s coffee scene for year-end shopping  perfectly timed for finding meaningful gifts for your loved ones.

Remark: This layout is only a representation of the booth types by size. Once the number of exhibitors is confirmed,
the layout will be adjusted accordingly for better suitability.

📆 Schedule and Regulations for Space Reservation Registration

4 June 2026 : Opening of Booth Reservation Registration

Booth reservation registration will open on 4 June 2026.An application will be considered complete only upon receipt of the first payment installment, equivalent to 50% of the booth rental fee, to confirm participation in the exhibition. Registration will be closed once the number of paid reservations reaches the maximum booth capacity available.

30 August 2026 : Closing of Booth Reservation Registration (11:59 PM)

Booth reservation registration will close at 11:59 PM on 30 August 2026. The registration closing date may be subject to change should all available booth spaces be fully reserved prior to the stated deadline.

25 September 2026 : Announcement of Selected Village Exhibitors (2 x 2 m)

The list of exhibitors selected for Village Booths (2 x 2 m) will be announced on 25 September 2026.Successful applicants will be notified of the selection results via email.

30 September 2026 : First Payment Deadline for Raw Space, Standard Booths, and Village Booths (2 x 2 m)

• Deadline for the first installment payment, equivalent to 50% of the total booth rental fee, for Raw Space and Standard Booths (3 x 3 m and larger), to confirm participation in the exhibition.
• Deadline for full payment, equivalent to 100% of the total booth rental fee, for Village Booths (2 x 2 m), to confirm participation in the exhibition.

For the payment does not complete the payment before the deadline.will be deemed a cancellation of the booth reservation. The Organizer reserves the right to reallocate the booth space to another applicant without prior notice.

28 October 2026 : Exhibitor Meeting and Booth Selection Draw

An Exhibitor Meeting will be held, during which exhibitors will draw lots to determine the order of booth space selection.

13 November 2026: Second Payment Deadline for Raw Space and Standard Booths

Final deadline for the second installment payment, representing the remaining 50% of the total booth fee, for Raw Space and Standard Booths (3 x 3 m and larger) to confirm participation in the event.

Special Promotion!!  for Thailand Coffee Fest 2026 Exhibitors

Exhibitors who have successfully reserved a booth at Thailand Coffee Fest 2026 are entitled to a 10% discount on booth space rental fees for Thailand Coffee Fest 'Year End' 2026. (Applicable to booth sizes of 3x3 meters and above only.)

Terms and Conditions for Redeeming the Discount

1. Please provide the Order Ticket Number received upon completing your booth reservation for Thailand Coffee Fest 2026 to verify your eligibility for this promotion. Example Order Ticket Number: O1X5T

2. For booth spaces of 3x3 meters and above, the booth rental fee for Thailand Coffee Fest 'Year End' 2026 will be payable in two installments. The 10% discount will be applied and reflected in the second invoice.
3. Eligibility for this promotion must be confirmed no later than 31 July 2026 at 18:00 hrs.

 **Village Booth This is a chance for small retailers to attend the THAILAND COFFEE FEST 'Year End' 2026.

1. For the small coffee roasting factory, the coffee roasting machine weight must not exceed 5 kgs
2. Exhibitor in the Village Zone will have to pass the requirement, please send your information for consideration.  1 Exhibitor can only reserve 1 Village Booth
3. Exhibitor in the Village Zone can only sell products that is submitted at the registration.

Terms and Conditions for Thailand Coffee Fest 'Year End' 2026

1. Reserved for businesses, products, equipment, tools, and services related to coffee and coffee-related companions.
2. Products display in the Exhibition has to be legal and not copyright infringement
3. Selling food and drinks (alcohol) are not allowed
4. If the products display in the exhibition are not registered upon the registration, Organizer reserved the right to notify Exhibitors to stop displaying that product immediately.  If Exhibitors still violate this rule, Organizer reserved the right to terminate Exhibitors from the Exhibition.  All damages/losses will be exhibitors’ responsibility and the payment will not be refunded
5. Organizer reserved the right, in any circumstance to refunded.
6. In case of unavoidable cause such as natural disaster, political uncertainty, pandemic, or any others; which cause the Exhibition to be postponed, Organizer reserved the right, in any circumstance to refunded.
