Rumours are spreading around Bangkok like STDs around Nana Plaza, apparently the Slum Disco duo are on the verge of breaking up – this is the saddest news in Music history since Nickelback announced they will be releasing another album. 

The recent argument was severe enough to cause the younger-half of Slum Disco to take a short getaway to North Korea where he will be winding down to Propaganda Noodles and H-Bomb Hot Pot. 

But the show must go on… Arbitrating the near-divorce and filling in for ‘that handsome guy with the hipster undercut’, will be Slum Disco’s very first guest DJ. 

Don’t get too excited, though – he’s only a local name.

Sarayu (real name Sarah Yu, from China) is no stranger to Bangkok nightlife. Growing up in the most affluent part of Bangkok and eating only Beluga caviar and Foie Gras, he has requested us to change the name of the event because he doesn’t want to be associated with anything resembling poverty. 

But we’re happy he’s taking time off from running his record label, cancelling his residency at Bangkok’s top club and not going dogging for one night just so he can play at our amazingly mediocre party.
