ใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษีที่ออกผ่านระบบ Zipevent (E-Receipt) ไม่สามารถใช้ยื่นภาษีกับกรมสรรพากรได้ ผู้ซื้อบัตรจะต้องนำ E-Receipt ไปใช้เป็นหลักฐาน เพื่อขอรับเอกสารฉบับจริง (Hard Copy) จากผู้จัดงานอีกครั้ง ผู้จัดงานจะออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน / ใบกำกับภาษีฉบับจริงตามข้อมูลที่ผู้ซื้อกรอกในระบบเท่านั้นไม่สามารถแก้ไขข้อมูลย้อนหลังได้หลังจากออกเอกสารแล้ว
