1. VIP Ticket

Price: 1,200 THB | Limit: 800 per day | Valid: One day only (choice of Aug 9 or 10)

How It Works

VIP Group 1 (Ticket Nos. 1–400)

• Queue Time: 07:30 AM – 08:30 AM

1. Arrival & Check-In (07:30–08:30)

• Go to G-Level South Wing, VIP Super Club Car Park Zone
  
  
• Present your VIP ticket (QR code) and receive your VIP wristband
  
  
• Queue by your assigned number

2. Lift to 5th Floor (08:30)

• At 08:30 AM, board one of the dedicated VIP elevators (10-lift service) to the 5th floor
  

3. Lobby Waiting & Entry (09:00–09:30)

• Wait in the front lobby on the 5th floor
  
  
• As you enter in queue-number order, collect your limited-edition ACF VIP “Lucky Bag” from staff
  
  
• Enjoy full-day access and re-entry with your VIP wristband

VIP Group 2 (Ticket Nos. 401–800)

• Queue Time: 08:15 AM – 09:15 AM

Entry & Redemption

• Entry (11:00–21:00):
  – Use the Fast-Lane Entrance (Entrance 2) on the right side of the hall
  – Show your ticket, receive wristband
• Collectible Ticket Pick-Up:
  – In the lobby, visit the Collectible Booth
  – Present wristband to collect your ticket set
• Purchase Window (11:00–20:00):
  – Queue at partner exhibitor’s booth
  – Exchange your ticket set to buy your chosen item (item payment separate)

Important Details

• Reminder: A Collectible Ticket guarantees your right to purchase the reserved item and grants you Fast-Lane entry at 11:00 AM via Entrance 2. It’s designed for collectors who want certainty in securing a specific release.
• Note: If you wish to enter earlier than 11:00 AM to enjoy other exclusive items or activities, you must purchase an additional VIP Ticket for early access.
• Once It’s Gone, It’s Gone: No second-round releases

3. Regular Ticket

Price: 150 THB (online or on-site at the ACF Ticketing Counter)

Q1: Can I transfer my Collectible or VIP Ticket to someone else?
 A: No, each QR code and ticket are unique to the purchaser and cannot be transferred or reused.

Q2: What happens if I lose my QR Code or VIP Ticket?
 A: Please contact our support team immediately at info@acfest.asia for assistance. We recommend keeping both digital and printed copies of your ticket.

Q3: Are the limited-edition items refundable?
 A: All sales are final. Please ensure you are certain before making your purchase.

Q4: Can I purchase multiple Collectible or VIP Tickets?
 A: Yes, subject to availability. Visit our ticketing platform to select the number of tickets you wish to purchase.

Q5: What payment methods are accepted at exhibitor booths?
 A: Most exhibitors accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Specific payment options will be listed at each booth.

Q6: Can I buy a Regular Ticket on-site?
 A: Yes—simply visit the ACF Ticketing Counter any time from 11:00–20:15 to purchase your Regular Ticket in person.

Q7: How do re-entry and wristbands work?
 A: All ticket holders (VIP, Collectible, and Regular) receive a wristband upon entry. Keep it on to exit and re-enter the hall at any time.

VIP-Specific Questions

Q8: What benefits do VIP tickets include besides early entry?
 A: VIP tickets include exclusive early access (09:00–09:30), a limited-edition “Lucky Bag,” priority elevator service, and full-day re-entry privileges.

Q9: What should I do if I arrive late for my VIP queue time?
 A: If you arrive after your assigned queue window, you will join the back of your VIP group’s queue. There are no refunds or time-shifts for missed slots.

Q10: How is the queue number assigned for VIP tickets?
 A: Queue numbers are based on your purchase timestamp. You’ll receive your number via email on August 1st.

Collectible-Ticket Questions

Q11: Do I need to buy the exclusive product separately with a Collectible Ticket?
 A: Yes, the Collectible Ticket grants the right to purchase but does not cover the item cost. You pay for the item at the exhibitor’s booth.

Q12: Is there a limit on how many products I can purchase with a Collectible Ticket?
 A: Each Collectible Ticket allows you to purchase one unit of a limited-edition item. If you want more, you’ll need additional tickets.

Q13: Can I change the day I use my Collectible Ticket?

A: Yes—you may use your Collectible Ticket on either August 9 or 10. Simply choose which day you wish to attend when you enter. Each ticket is valid for one entry on one of the two event days and cannot be reused on a second day.

Q14: Where do I enter if I have a Collectible Ticket?
 A: Use the Fast-Lane Entrance (Entrance 2) on the right side of the hall—it also doubles as the exit. Present your ticket there for your wristband.
