บทนำ
                เมื่อความสำเร็จของธุรกิจในปัจจุบันขึ้นอยู่กับคุณค่าของ Transformation ที่สินค้าหรือบริการมอบให้แก่ลูกค้า การออกแบบประสบการณ์จึงเข้ามามีบทบาทสำคัญในกระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างขาดไม่ได้นับจากนี้เป็นต้นไป

AIS D.C. จึงชวนคุณมาร่วมเวิร์คช็อปกับนักออกแบบประสบการณ์ “ปราง เลิศทวีวิทย์” เพื่อออกแบบสิ่งที่จับต้องไม่ได้ เริ่มจากการตั้งคำถามที่ดี การคิดแบบสหวิทยา (Interdisciplinary Design Thinking) และเรียนรู้เครื่องมือทางความคิดเพื่อใช้ในการออกแบบประสบการณ์ตัวแปรสำคัญในการเปลี่ยนโฉมธุรกิจให้ประสบความสำเร็จในยุคนี้

10.30 น.                 บทนำเรื่องการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสินค้าและบริการในโลกธุรกิจยุคใหม่
10.45 น.                 เริ่มกิจกรรมการคิดแบบสหวิทยา
12.00 น.                 พักกลางวัน

13.00 น.                 เข้าสู่การเวิร์คช็อปตามกระบวนการออกแบบประสบการณ์ของปราง

16.00 น.                 จบกิจกรรม

เกี่ยวกับปราง เลิศทวีวิทย์

ปราง เลิศทวีวิทย์ จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขาการออกแบบประสบการณ์ จาก College of Arts, Crafts and Design มหาวิทยาลัย Konstfack ประเทศสวีเดน ปรางเชี่ยวชาญด้านการผนวกความคิดแบบสหวิทยาการเพื่อสร้างผลงานสร้างสรรค์ที่เรียบง่ายและใช้งานได้จริง และยังมีความรู้ความชำนาญในเรื่องกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบ การสร้างต้นแบบประสบการณ์ และการสร้างแบรนด์
