Great Fundraising Masterclass: Bangkok
For the first time in Thailand, Southeast Asia and Oceania
Two days to transform how your organisation raises money

Most nonprofits don't struggle with fundraising because of a lack of effort. They struggle because of internal culture, under-investment, and teams that aren't aligned behind fundraising. This intensive two-day masterclass tackles exactly that, giving you a clear, practical roadmap to long-term, mission-driven income growth.

Led by Alan Clayton
Your lead facilitator is Alan Clayton, founder of Revolutionise International and author of Great Fundraising Organizations (2025). Alan has spent his career helping nonprofits around the world build sustainable growth through fundraising, and has worked with over 400 organisations trained in the Great Fundraising approach.

Built on research, not guesswork
The programme is based on the Great Fundraising Report by leading fundraising professors Adrian Sargeant and Jen Shang, plus a ten-year study into the leadership behaviours that drive transformational growth. That work has helped generate billions of dollars in additional revenue for nonprofits worldwide. The principles apply regardless of your organisation's size, structure, or cause. You can explore the research at www.revolutionise.com/research.

What you'll walk away with

• A clear framework for identifying and resolving the internal conflicts that hold your fundraising back
• A strategy and business case for increasing investment in fundraising
• Tools to shift your organisation's culture so the whole team gets behind fundraising, not just the fundraisers
• Guidance on crafting a proposition and communications that emotionally connect your organisation, donors, and the people you serve
• An understanding of the leadership style needed to build and sustain momentum
• A fresh, outside perspective on your own organisation, and the confidence to act on it

How it works
This isn't a lecture series. It's action-oriented, workshop-style training combining academic insight with real case studies from around the world. Expect to work on your own organisation's challenges, generate ideas, and leave with a roadmap you can start applying immediately.

Who should attend
Fundraising leaders, CEOs, executive directors, and senior managers of nonprofits in Thailand, Southeast Asia, and Oceania who want to grow fundraising income strategically and sustainably. It's especially valuable if your organisation is ready to rethink how fundraising is viewed, resourced, and supported internally. Attending with a colleague or board member can help you bring the changes home faster.
