Event Attendance Policy

1. All attendees must present the QR code received via email from Zipevent along with a valid identification document (National ID card / Driver’s License / Passport or any official document) that matches the name on the ticket.
   2. Name changes will not be permitted if the ticket holder has already registered on-site.
   3. Each attendee is allowed only one name change.
   4. Name changes can be requested online via Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/zipevent/ by July 31, 2025 at 6:00 PM (Thailand time) only.
   5. On-site name changes must be accompanied by a copy of the original ticket holder’s ID card / Driver’s License / Passport or official document, with a signed authorization for the name change. This must be done at least 1 hour before the event starts.
   6. If a name change has already been made online, no second name change will be permitted. To attend the event, the attendee must bring a copy of the original ticket holder’s ID card / Driver’s License / Passport or official document, with a signed authorization granting access to the event.
