Fishing & Bird watching Adventure trip to Mein Ma Hla kyun(Island) wildlife Sanctuary

This is the journey by boat to the wildlife Sanctuary which is a wetland reserve classified as a mangrove ecosystem reserve and occupied an area of 137 square kilometres (52.79 sq mi).
At Meinmahla kyun, we can expect to see salted crocodiles, Ayeyarwaddy dolphin and different type of birds such as Lesser Adjutant, Mangrove Pitta, Mangrove Whistler, Collared Kingfisher, Little Heron, Cinnamon and Yellow Bittern, Whiskered Tern, White-winged Tern, Whimbrel, Eurasian Curlew, Common Redshank, Bar-tailed Godwit, Little Ringed and Kentish Plover, several species of Kites, Bulbuls, Sunbirds and other shorebirds and other mammals.

This trip is combination of excitements and relaxed feelings. Most of the time we will be on the boat while observing and learning natural habitants in the island, enjoying natural beauty sitting in front of the guest house, watching birds, and fishing.
“BACK TO THE NATURE” is a concept from house of Outdoor Adventure, new way of combining a weekend getaway out of the city, with outdoor adventure lifestyle, sleeping in the forest, eating what is available, doing fun activities together in a team. This helps to reduce daily stresses and make the life fully balanced.

Day 01-
Saturday 05. 10. 2019

- 01:00 am reach meeting point @ Backpacks 4U
- 01:30 am Leave for Bogalle
- 05:00 am reach Bogalle
- 06:00 am have breakfast
- 07:30 am leave for Meinmahla island
- 11:00 am reach at Guest house at Meinmahla island
- 12:00 / 01:00 pm Lunch
Rest of the day activities will be planned there.


Day 02
Sunday 06. 10. 2019

- 07:00 am breakfast
- 08:00 am leave to see Ayeyarwaddy dolphins and sightseeing.
- 11:00 am lunch at guest house
- 02:00 pm head back to Bogalle
- 06:00 pm leave for Yangon
- 10:00 pm reach Yangon
