Bangkok Reggae Appreciation Society spreading positive vibes.
It has been an unusually long gap between BK RAS events at Jam, therefore we are hyped about joining the Jam Family again for a night of all things reggae, from JA to UK to SA and roots to rub-a-dub to dancehall and steppas, this is a night not to be missed!
►WOKEN
A self confessed music head and the founding force behind the Bangkok Reggae Appreciation Society. Previoulsy hosting underground radio show: 'Big Up Radio' in 2012 in New Zealand.
In 2004 WOKEN began collecting vinyl records from local record stores and importing bulk vinyl lots direct from Jamaica. His attraction to Reggae Music was due to the positive vibes in the music, the depth and breadth of the genre, the consciousness in the messages and the work rate from the artists and producers within the industry.
WOKEN digs far and wide for his selections spanning, Roots, Dub, Nu Roots, Ragga, Dancehall, Dubwize DNB, Dubstep, Jungle or Digital Reggae.

A DJ Indo set takes you on a journey spanning 50 plus years of Jamaican music, including everything from 1960's rocksteady to the sounds currently running the streets of Kingston. Whether playing a mellow sunset set, or a full-on dancehall session, Indo's song selection and well-paced style is approachable, and appealing to fans of any genre. A true selector, Indo plays the right tunes at the right time to build a proper vibe, while his deep crates and custom dubplates gurantee exclusive selections.
In true bashment style, Indo blends Jamaican vibes with a dose of soca and hip hop creating a unique sound that will challenge any preconcieved notions you may have of reggae music. He is equally adept at playin hip hop and R&B spanning from classic old school jams to brand new bangers.
