managing humanitarian teams and projects in war zones and post-natural disasters: Ex-Yugoslavia,
Colombia, Zimbabwe, Eritrea, Nicaragua, Haiti, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and many others.
Her engagement was to help people who had lost everything get back on track and beyond. She
continues this commitment to people's empowerment through motivational talks and public speaking
coaching (individual and groups). In her talks, she shares her experience and learning from humanitarian
crisis.She is known as the "inner diamond miner": committed to support people to see and free the
diamond within and give their full potential in their company and their community. She also creates

Gaelle worked for 7 years in Human Resources (Recruitment and Talent Management) where she
assessed managers on their leadership competencies, analysed their communication skills and stress
management coping techniques.
She noticed how difficult it is for busy people to combine responsibilities, stress, work schedule with
work-life balance and healthy lifestyle. For these reasons, she has decided to spend her carrier
supporting managers and entrepreneurs in their career and lifestyle’s choices. Her mission is to help
them to reach higher performance, meaningful career choices and manage better their energy.

In her coaching practice, she blends her experience in people development with her knowledge of
Well-Being (nutrition, sport, work-life balance, stress management).
Gaelle is coaching individuals from all over the world as well as giving workshops in companies. Her
