Slow Food: How We Should Eat

Event Information

Join us on a Slow Food trip to the city of Hua Hin and spend the weekend learning about sustainable agriculture and sustainable caviar farming right here in our very own coastal city.

Geb Organic Farm was inspired by a group of the new generations who gave up life in the fast-paced city to farm the way nature intended: organically. Before seeing their operation, we will stop off for lunch in the “Plang Pak” restaurant to enjoy a Slow Food lunch featuring their produce. Learn how food grown naturally tastes better and is more wholesome.

Thai Sturgeon Farm is an aquaculture project which raises Siberian Sturgeon in closed recirculation aquaculture systems to produce meat, caviar, and other value-added products for the global market. Love caviar but never knew how it was prepared? Come learn how, without harming our environment!

Don’t miss out on this educational weekend trip!!!
