For a very special edition of Galleries Night, we welcome Moscow based DIY electronic collective Playtronica, rediscovering the joy of playing using novel ways to interact with objects to create music. With 2 members of the Playtronica team, Olga Maximova (OMMA) & Vincent de Malherbe (HUS from Utopie Tangible) hosting a presentation and interactive workshop using fruits as musical instruments. The evening will conclude with a DJ set by OMMA & HUS.

PLAYTRONICA
Playtronica is a platform that bridges entertainment, education and art through interactive musical experiences. It is an open-source toolkit for creating immersive sensory interactions. Playtronica brings objects to life and gives them a distinctive voice. We are a digital playground that uses technology to uncover the true possibilities of the material world. This evening 2 guys from Playtronica will make a small lecture about their DIY experience for 4 years + demonstrate how it's working.

OMMA
Olga Maximova, Moscow based DJ and producer known as OMMA topped several polls last year in Russia. Journalists and broadcasters on the Moscow website Radio Follow Me have championed her project as an antidote to worrying trends in 2015.
Besides producing and DJing she is busy with the technology project known as Playtronica, in which everyday objects are turned into musical instruments. Also OMMA is a creator of PLAVAY parties, where she brought to Russia lots of French artist, as
NEUE GRAFIK, 123MRK, DREAM KOALA, IMYRMIND, SOULEANCE e.t.c Now Omma is studying piano in Bill Evans Piano academy in Paris, working on her album and performing, playing on plants with Playtronica life.

HUS
Vincent de Malherbe, founder of Utopie Tangible. A French webzine/production agency about music, events and new trends. The organisation recently produced a praised documentary about the new parisian party-life named Le Renouveau. Parisian based music producer/video editor, he self-released his track “Blanc” and edited the music video. He is also member of russian collective Playtronica in France for live performance and installations.
