With 8 years of bartending experience in some of Singapores finest hotels and bars under his belt, we are delighted to welcome Filipino guest bartender Edriane Lim, from the Bar at 15 Stamford, to the newly opened Parami Pizza Downtown!
Edriane first made the leap into the world of craft cocktails under the mentorship of award-winning Tom Hogan at Anti:Dote Bar, as well as working at Sofitel So Singapore, EQUINOX Restaurant at Swissotel The Stamford, and ATLAS Grand Lobby and Bar. Edriane went on to clinch top places at bartending competitions not just in Singapore, but at international competitions including Sherry Apprentice Singapore 2015, and Top 4 finalists in the Sherry Apprentice Asia Competition in Jerez, Spain, as well making it into the top 15 finalists for the 2017 edition of La Maison Cointreau Singapore.
