MELA CLUBNACHT
...is our rendition of a club night with fellow house/techno DJs that we have crossed paths throughout MELA’s journey of three years.
Just like fashion, there is a noticeable pattern that in every 10 or 20 years time, a musical trend will come back. It will be a solid milestone. For the past 2-3 years, clubbing has rapidly and progressively regained it’s spotlight.
The club scene is the backbone of electronic and dance music scene. It is where everything about electronic dance music had begun. It is also where the audience gets to experience the art form in the modest of forms. For some, The clubbing scene is a usual routine lifestyle. And dance music festivals require much more of an effort.
The decrease in both numbers and the size of music festivals reflects on their popularity which is declining. Now that the momentum swings back to the club, it is the perfect time to present the genuine club experience!
We have been through the stage where one good club night has had such a strong musical influence. Again, for some, it might be new but we are without a doubt sure that you will leave with a terribly good idea as to where it will continue from tonight.
