Corporate Sustainability programs sometimes fail to reach their goals through a lack of understanding of the potential causes of program failure.
This workshop introduces strategies to help avoid common pitfalls, including a number of tools that have been used successfully to develop and launch successful Sustainability programs in a variety of settings. It will help participants understand the different levels of materiality which define sustainability programs. The workshop will also describe the 6 Capitals Tool which helps to measure issues materiality, using real-world examples to demonstrate how the tool can be used.
