that´s how you could describe the sound of Burakete.
Vinyl only sets with Turkish rare grooves or flavored with the newest sounds influenced by psychedelic Anatolia - Burakete´s Djing is a trip between past and present.
Depending to the event the trip goes through the whole orient with hints of Afrobeats and Southeastern Asian Psychedelic.
Surprising the audience with unusual rhythm & beats and still keep´em dancing is a big pleasure for him.
Collecting old Turkish vinyl since 2005 his passion started Burakete not only to dj in 2007, he also started to promote his own events like
Türkische Delikatessen, Turkish BBQs, backgammon tournaments, Turkish trash movie nights or the Süperdisko partys.
2014 he presented the first Beats of Istanbul Festival in Cologne with Bands and DJ from Istanbul and founded his label süperdisko records.
November 2015 he presented the Türkische Delikatessen Musik-Kultur Festival - Concerts with Turkish Funk and Jazz legends like Okay Temiz or Mustafa Özkent, Live acts like Baris K. and Insanlar in seven locations and over ten days in Cologne!
End of 2016 he´ll release the second record on his süperdisko records label.
