Salaya in the City: A Preview of the 9th Thailand International Jazz Conference: Musicians from Mahidol University's College of Music will perform a free jazz concert in the library garden at 3 pm on Sunday, Jan. 8 to promote the upcoming TIJC 2017.

ABOUT THE THAILAND INTERNATIONAL JAZZ CONFERENCE

The 9th Thailand International Jazz Conference (TIJC 2017) will be held Jan. 27-29, 2017 at the College of Music, Mahidol University.

Annually, during the last week of January, the jazz community across the country and abroad come join the TIJC for workshops and concerts by renowned local and international artists.

This year, TIJC features concerts and workshops by leading jazz artists, including Donald Harrison, Julian Lage, Shai Maestro, and Magos Herrera, as well as Thai singers and musicians Nop Ponchamni & The Groovetomatix-11, Jack Thammarat Duangsiri, Pomelo Town, Silpakorn University Jazz orchestra, and the RSU University Jazz orchestra.
