มูลนิธิเดอะ เรนโบว์ รูม ร่วมกับ Punky Runners จัดงาน เดอะ เรนโบว์ รัน 2016 เดินวิ่งการกุศลเพื่อผู้มีความต้องการพิเศษ ครั้งที่ 5
โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักคือ:

1. ระดมทุนเพื่อสนับสนุนกิจกรรมสร้างความตระหนักเชิงบวกเกี่ยวกับความต้องการพิเศษของมูลนิธิเดอะ เรนโบว์ รูม
2. เพื่อสร้างกิจกรรมให้บุคคลที่มีความต้องการพิเศษและบุคคลทั่วไปได้ทําร่วมกัน (Inclusion)
3. เพื่อรณรงค์ให้ประชาชนทุกเพศ ทุกวัย ทุกความสามารถ ใส่ใจในสุขภาพและออกกําลังกายดวยการเดิน-วิ่ง
4. เพื่อส่งเสริมให้องค์กรต่างๆ ครอบครัว และประชาชนทั่วไปได้ทํางานร่วมกันด้วยจิตอาสา

ส่งเสริมทัศนคติในเชิงบวกต่อบุคคลที่มีความต้องการพิเศษภายใต้แนวคิด “I am able” ฉันทำได้

เวลา : 5:00น. - 8:30น.
สถานที่ : ลานตะวันยิ้ม สวนลุมพินี
วิ่งระยะทาง 2.5k , 5k , 7.5k และ 10k ปล่อยตัว 6:00น.
วิ่งระยะทาง 50 เมตร "คิดส์ แดช" สำหรับนักวิ่งรุ่นเยาว์ ปล่อยตัว 7:30น.

- ค่าสมัครแข่งขัน 350 บาท ทุกระยะทาง // รับเสื้อ เบอร์วิ่ง
- รับเหรียญที่ระลึกเมื่อเข้าเส้นชัย
- มีบริการน้ำดื่มทุกๆ 2 กม., อาหารว่างหลังเข้าเส้นชัย,
- จุดรับฝากของ และชุดปฐมพยาบาล
- จอดรถในวันงานได้ที่ลานจอดรถของสวนด้านถนนราชดำริ, ถนนสารสิน และถนนวิทยุ

The Rainbow Room Foundation joined hands with the coolest running group in Bangkok - Punky Runners in organising “The Rainbow Run 2016” - The 5th Walk/Run for Special Needs.
The objectives of the run are:

1. To raise fund to support the operation of The Rainbow Room Foundation in order to spread positive awareness about special needs in Thailand.
2. To promote inclusive activities in the community.
3. To encourage people of all ages and abilities to be concerned about their health and exercise by walking and jogging.
4. To create volunteer opportunities that everyone in the society can participate.

Let’s join hands and raise positive attitude towards special needs under the message “I am Able”.

Date: Sunday June 12th, 2016
Time: 5:00am - 8:30am
Location: Lumpini Park
Distances:
- 2.5k, 5k, 7.5k and 10k. Starts at 6:00am
- 50-Meter Kids’ Fun Dash, starts at 7:30am

The registration fee is 350 Baht: Receive a SUPER COOL T-shirt and a number bib.
All participants who make the finish line will receive a souvenir medal.
Drinking water is provided every 2 km. and snacks are provided at the finish line. Bag deposit and medical service are available.
Parking provided at Rajadamri Rd., Sarasin Rd., and Wireless (Withayu) Rd. areas.
