งานภูเก็ตฟู้ดแอนด์ไวน์ เอ็กซ์โป 2018 จะเปิดตัวเป็นครั้งแรก ที่ศูนย์ประชุมและจัดนิทรรศการนานาชาติรอยัลภูเก็ต มารีน่า ระหว่างวันที่ 9-11 เดือนมีนาคม 2561 ซึ่งจะเป็นงานจัดแสดงสินค้าด้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่มรวมถึงผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม และการบริการชั้นนำอีกมากมายและอาจกล่าวได้ว่างานนี้จะเป็นอีกหนึ่งงานเกี่ยวกับอาหารและเครื่องดื่มแห่งปีของจังหวัดภูเก็ต
นอกจากจะมีงานแสดงสินค้าที่ครบครันรวมถึงอาหารชั้นเลิศ พร้อมเครื่องดื่มชั้นดีแล้ว ในงานยังมีการจัดแสดงผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม และการบริการชั้นนาอีกมากมาย ตลอดระยะเวลา 3 วันของการจัดงาน จะมีกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจอื่นๆ เช่น

In March 2018, Phuket Food & Wine expo will take place at Royal Phuket Marina International Exhibition & Conference Center (RPMIEC), showcasing the most sumptuous cuisine, the finest wine and spirits and the latest in luxury kitchen products and services.
This exhibition will be “The Food and Beverage Event of the Year” and will attract more than 80 international exhibitors and 3,000+ visitors to this one-of-a-kind industry event. As well as a comprehensive exhibition, Phuket Food & Wine 2018 features a programme packed with engaging food and lifestyle events, including a gourmet farmers' market, charity dinner, live cooking demonstrations by celebrity chefs, fashion events and live entertainment.
