This fall, The Peninsula Bangkok will proudly bring highlights of Peru’s highly regarded cuisine, crafted by celebrity chef Eduardo Vargas, to Bangkok, creating a Peruvian culinary journey for sophisticated diners.
Chef Eduardo will showcase his expertise in Peruvian cuisine with a five-course set dinner highlighting his signature dishes, including Lobster Ceviche with Citrus “Tiger’s milk”, Corn and Sweet Potato; Octopus with Potato Confit, Olive Sauce and Piquillo Chimichurri; Red Snapper with Peruvian Flavours, “Chupe” Sauce, Pea Puree and Peruvian Ravioli; and Beef Tenderloin Anticucho, Purple Potato, Huancaina and Enoki Mushroom Salsa.
