Ticket Information (Terms and Condition) 

For your benefit, please read the details completely.

1. The Ticket Buyers have to apply for membership at http://www.thelimethailand.com

2. Once online Tickets Sale opened please,
2.1. Login by registered Username and Password
2.2. Choose Seating Zone

2.3. Choose your Seat, Pick up method (Self Pick up or EMS with delivery fee is 60 THB), and click Order. (*Remark; EMS is applicable only buyer who lives in Thailand)
2.3.1 If choose Self-pick up, you can pick up at the venue. Approximately 6 hours before the show time, until the show start.
2.3.2 If choose Self-pick up EMS, delivery will be 5-10 days before the event. The recipient must accept the terms of the post as follows: http://bit.ly/EMScon1 / http://bit.ly/EMScon2

2.4. Choose payment method
2.4.1. Bank Transfer , no additional charges

a) System will provide all order summary (the Reservation code, Total Payment Value, the Bank Account Details and time frame that the member has to pay for the ticket).
b) You can make payment or transfer via Bank Counter, ATM, CDM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, any Bank's application which immediately transfer. (Do not support app True Wallet)
c) After the payment is made, you need to capture the payment slip. DO NOT forget to go back to ‘View Orders’ menu and confirm date/time of money transferred at within the given time frame and upload Payment Slip photo. Otherwise, it will be considered that the member cancel the reservation. So, the reservation will be automatically cancelled from the system. The organizer will not be responsible on this cancellation.
d) In case you do not submit transfer information within time frame and the reservation was cancalled. You have to make new reservation and submit the transfer information immediately. There's no refund if tickets do not officially SOLD OUT / or the Organizer do not approve refund.

2.4.2. Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal > System will redirect to credit card system, plus convenience fee 5%

2.5 You can reserve up to 4 seats and must be same zone. (If the member would like to reserve other zone, he/she may have additional reservation with the same username.)

3. For Bank Transfer payment method. Each order, there will be a different amount of penny depending on the order number. after the Buyer confirm the payment details via website, The staff will check the amount you have transferred. With time to check as follows

3.1 The order that has the correct payment amount in one time transfer with a fraction of the amount that given from system, will take time to process within 24 hours

3.2 For the order that does not transfer the penny Or transfer more than 1 slip within 1 order. It will take about 1 week to confirm. Because the automatic system cannot check if you do not transfer according to the payment amount set by the system at one time.

The member can check ticket status by login to the View Order menu. Ticket status should change from 'Proceed' to 'Completed' within time abrove. If the purchased ticket status is not confirmed on system then, please kindly contact the ticket officers immediately.

4. Ticket price is EXCLUDED the issuing plastic cards 20 THB per ticket

5. After the reservation is submitted, the member is not allowed to change any reservation details and cannot cancel the reservation at any cases with no refund.

6. For standing tickets zone (if have), entry queue to get inside hall are running by confirmed reservation number. So, you can check your queuing number in ‘View Order’ page. It is available 7 days after ticket was fully purchased. (Remark; Your ticket number will be same as your queuing number)
In case of losing ticket, The Organizer reserves the right to refuse issuing a new ticket in any circumstances.

7. Please note that this website is the only authorized distributor. Tickets purchased cannot be resold, refunded , exchanged, cannot be transferred or resold to others. Organizer reserves the right to cancel the ticket with no prior notice and with no refund or other compensation. Tickets purchased from other websites or third parties and unauthorized distributors such as Viagogo, Stubhub or similar will be considered void and cannot be used to visit the event.
