Barbara O’Neill in Bangkok
Sustain Me Wellness Experience
Five days. First time in Bangkok. A rare chance to be in the room.
📍 TRIA Medical Wellness Center, Bangkok
📅 29 September to 3 October 2026
Presented by Riseara Collective.
You’ve been getting your health in fragments
A podcast on hormones. A friend’s advice about gut health. Something you read about sleep at 1 am. A supplement someone swore by. An appointment that lasted eleven minutes and ended with everything coming back normal.
None of it connects. So you end up holding a pile of disconnected tips and a quiet feeling that you’re doing it wrong, or missing something, or both.
You’re not imagining that. Most of us were never taught how our own bodies work. We were given answers to symptoms and never shown the system underneath them.
At some point, many of us realise how much we have already spent trying to piece our health together.
Doctor visits. Blood tests. Supplements. Protocols. Devices. Diet changes. Wellness trends. One more thing added to the routine, then another, then another.
And still, the deeper question remains:
Why is my body doing this?
That is the gap this experience is designed to fill. Not another random tip. Not another product to add to the shelf. Five days of learning how the body works as one connected system, so the choices you make afterwards actually make sense.
That’s what these five days are for.
One teacher. One thread running the whole way through. Hormones, heart health, metabolism, gut health, nutrition, sleep and mental restoration, taught in an order where each one explains the last. You don’t leave with twenty tips. You leave understanding how it fits together, which is the thing nobody ever gives you.
Where you’ll spend those five days
TRIA Medical Wellness Center, in the heart of Bangkok’s new central business district on Rama 9.
This matters more than it sounds.
TRIA is a working medical and preventive wellness centre. There’s a wellness spa, a fitness club, water and heat therapies, a bistro, and a full medical team on site. So when the morning is spent understanding how the body works, the afternoon can be spent somewhere that already lives it.
We chose it for exactly that reason. Five days of learning about your health should happen somewhere built around it.
Which means during your five days you can:
Book treatments and wellness services on site between sessions
Book TRIA’s spa, sauna, water therapies and wellness services between sessions, available on site at your own expense and subject to availability
Take a tour of the centre and see what preventive wellness actually looks like in practice
Speak with practitioners who do this every day
Eat food prepared in-house by a team who understand exactly what everyone in that room is there to learn about
You’re not visiting a venue. You’re spending five days inside a wellness centre, learning about your health, in a place built entirely around it.
And if you’re travelling in, the partner hotel is just around the corner with a shuttle service to the venue, so your mornings are simple.
How close you’ll actually be
Barbara O’Neill teaches to rooms of a thousand people around the world. Sometimes more.
Here, the room is intentionally limited.
That’s deliberate, and it’s the part that changes your experience most. It means you are not just watching from a distance. You are close enough to listen, ask, and feel part of the conversation.
The live Q&A sessions run every single day, and they are designed to feel personal. Not a panel. Not a moderator reading questions off a card. Real questions from the room, answered live.
Her teaching is all over the internet, free, and you’ve probably watched a lot of it already. The information isn’t the rare part.
Being close enough to ask is.
The evening it starts
Sacred Table: An Evening with Barbara · Tuesday 29 September
Before any of the teaching begins, there’s dinner.
A private room, a small number of guests, and Barbara. Conversation, a menu built for the evening, live entertainment, book signing, and the chance to actually talk with her rather than listen to her.
This is the closest access to Barbara across the whole five days. The room is genuinely small, and the evening does not repeat.
The two experiences
Each one stands on its own. Take one, take both.
Experience One · 30 September and 1 October
The Hidden Systems
Hormones, heart health, metabolism, and what actually sits underneath the conditions we hear about most. Why your body does what it does, and what it’s been trying to tell you.
Experience Two · 2 and 3 October
The Practice of Living Well
Gut health, nutrition, plant-based cooking, sleep and mental restoration. Where understanding turns into something you can do on a Tuesday, in your own kitchen, in your own week.
Day one builds the foundation. Day two is where it lands. That’s why they’re built as pairs, and why most guests take both.
Both experiences include Barbara’s masterclasses, daily live Q&A, wholesome lunches, specialist sessions from TRIA’s medical team and invited guest speakers, and wellness experiences you won’t find anywhere else in Bangkok.
Why each day includes more than Barbara’s masterclass
This experience was not designed as a passive lecture day.
Barbara’s masterclasses are the heart of the programme. Her teaching sets the foundation, connects the topics, and gives you the understanding people travel around the world to hear.
But understanding health is not only about hearing information. It is also about knowing what to do with it.
That is why each day has been carefully curated with specialist sessions, practical wellness education, live Q&A, nourishing meals, and time inside TRIA’s preventive wellness environment.
Barbara teaches the principles. The rest of the day helps you connect those principles to real life.
How does this apply to your hormones?
Your digestion?
Your sleep?
Your food choices?
Your stress?
Your daily routine?
Your long-term health?
That is the difference between watching a talk online and being part of a full wellness experience.
You are not coming for one isolated lecture. You are coming for a complete day of learning, reflection, practical application, and support inside a medical wellness centre built around preventive health.
The goal is not for you to leave inspired for a day.
The goal is for you to leave understanding what to do next.
If you missed her in Phuket
If you wanted to experience Barbara’s Phuket retreat but couldn’t make the travel or timing work, Bangkok gives you another way to be in the room.
And if you’re already giving yourself these five days, why not treat it like your own retreat in the city?
Stay close by at the partner hotel. Take the shuttle to TRIA each morning. Spend your days learning inside a preventive wellness centre. Book wellness treatments between sessions. Eat nourishing food. Step out of your normal routine without leaving Bangkok.
It is not a resort retreat, and it is not trying to be.
It is something different: a five-day wellness experience in the heart of the city, for people who already understand that health is worth prioritising.
Barbara’s work has always spoken to people who want to take responsibility for their health, understand their bodies more clearly, and make better choices before things become a crisis.
If that is how you see health, this is the room to be in.
Who’s in the room with you
The woman who’s been told everything is fine, repeatedly, while knowing something isn’t.
The man who’s built the career and the life and is quietly falling apart underneath it.
The person who’s been googling their symptoms at 1am for two years and getting nowhere.
The parent who wants to understand this before it becomes a crisis rather than after.
And the one who’s already deep in this world, follows all of it, and has been waiting years to be in the same room as her.
You don’t need a medical background. You don’t need to arrive knowing anything. Just curiosity and a willingness to think about your health differently.
Five days is long enough to learn, ask better questions, and make meaningful connections with people who are also ready to understand their health differently.
Who this isn’t for
Anyone looking for a quick fix, a shortcut, or someone to hand them a protocol.
This is an educational experience. It asks you to engage, ask questions, and take responsibility for what you do with it afterwards. Barbara would be the first to say so.
This is her first time in Bangkok
Until now, seeing Barbara O’Neill meant flights, hotels and a week off work.
She’s coming here, for the first scheduled Bangkok experience, in a room designed to feel close and personal.
We’re not going to pretend there are three seats left. We’ll just say it plainly: the room is limited on purpose, the dates don’t move, and there’s no second Bangkok event scheduled.
The only question is whether you’re in it.

VIP Signature 5 Day Pass
All five days plus the VIP Opening Dinner. Full access, the best seats, and the closest you can get to Barbara. This is the complete experience, start to finish.
Experience One · 2 Day Pass
30 September and 1 October
Experience Two · 2 Day Pass
2 and 3 October
Each experience is built as a pair. Day one lays the ground, day two is where it lands. Take one or take both.
If you can only give us one day
We’ll be honest with you, because this whole page has been about how health advice arrives in fragments and never joins up.
A single day is a fragment.
It’s a good one. You’ll learn things you’ll use, and you’ll be in the room with Barbara. But the days are built to lean on each other, and the second day is where most people say it finally clicked.
So if you can give us two, give us two.
And if you truly can’t, because of work, family, or the way life is, we would still rather have you in the room for one day than not at all.
Single Day Passes are available for each day, in strictly limited numbers.
You can keep adding more to your routine, or you can spend five days understanding why your body may have needed those things in the first place.
