(hereinafter referred to as “H+”) values and respects your privacy rights as an owner of personal data, which are protected under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (“PDPA”). Therefore, H+ has prepared this Privacy Notice to inform you of the details regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data, as well as your rights under the PDPA.

1.1 Sources of Personal Data Collection
H+ may obtain your personal data below for purposes specified under this Privacy Notice, through the following sources:
• Data you provide directly to H+, such as through event registration forms or websites.
• Data received from third parties or external service providers, such as business partners or co-organizers, with whom you have shared your personal data and given consent for such use.
1.2 Personal Data Collected
• Identification data: Full name, gender, age, date of birth.
• Contact data: Phone number, email address, mailing address.
• Registration information data: Form details, name of organization or company.
• Media: Personal photos, event coverage, CCTV footage, video recordings, audio from interviews or activities.
• Social media (if interactions occur via these channels): Facebook, Instagram, or Line Official account names.

2. Purpose of Collecting, Using, and Disclosing Personal Data
H+ collects, uses, and processes your personal data based on the following legal grounds and purposes:
• Contractual necessity: To manage your registration, confirm your attendance, and coordinate your participation in H+ Day 2025, including pre-event and event-day coordination.
• Legitimate interest: For post-event follow-ups such as surveys, feedback collection, or arranging business solution consultations relevant to you or your organization.
• Consent: For future business and marketing communications and promotional offers.
H+ will use your personal data only for the stated purposes and will not use it for any other purposes without your prior consent.

3. Disclosure of Personal Data
In organizing events, H+ places great importance on the protection of participants’ personal data. Personal data collected from participants will be securely stored and used solely for the specified purposes. Access to such data will be restricted to relevant internal personnel and affiliates within the Hakuhodo Group only.
Your personal data will not be disclosed to external parties unless your explicit consent has been obtained. However, H+ may need to disclose certain information to external service providers who play a role in supporting the event. In such cases, only the necessary data required for operational purposes will be shared.

4. Data Retention Period
H+ will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to carry out activities related to H+ Day 2025 and to contact you regarding products and services that align with your expressed interests or needs. The company will retain your data for no more than 365 days from the date of last contact regarding such product or service offerings.
Once this period expires, and in the absence of further engagement, H+ will securely delete or destroy your personal data in compliance with PDPA guidelines. Data will not be retained without legal justification or beyond the necessary duration.

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject
You are entitled to the following rights:
1. Withdraw your consent at any time (which may affect follow-up communications).
2. Access and request a copy of your personal data.
3. Request correction of inaccurate or outdated data.
