“SO Cheese” selection by Executive Chef Paul Smart includes Brie, Raclette, Comté, Morbier, Tête de Moine, Valençay, Camembert, Gorgonzola, and Brillat-Savarin cheeses. THB 999++ per person (incl. free-flow cheese and wine) from 7 pm – 9 pm on every first Friday of the month at MIXO Bar (9th floor).
