Behind the anonymity of Jordan’s chosen moniker lies a complex musical entity. Straying from obvious paths, his club sets aim to connect the room and create unique, emotive moments though an ever-unfolding track selection of house and techno gems new and old.

An Ohio native based in New York since 2008, his deep-lying approach to his craft attracted the attention of Fred P - one of the foremost minds in house and techno. Fred began looking for the future of his music in 2013, and created his label Boards for the altruistic purpose of giving a host of young artists a platform for their talent.

Jordan joined the Boards family in 2015 with his release What We Have Forgotten, following his highly accomplished EPs on highly regarded imprints such as Brooklyn’s LAG, Ornate Music from UK and Finale Sessions out of Chicago. DPI is his current label project; his collaboration with Tin Man, Rolling One’s has further pushed him to another level - and with much more bubbling up it wont be long before the six letters of the name Jordan begin to garner more notoriety.

The debut of this Soul People Music artist will be supported by local house 'n' techno hero, Krit Morton (Mela, TH).

ABOUT _COSM

Our goal is to create next-level musical experiences underpinned by close attention to the curation of quality music, and state-of-the-art sound.

As a collective of underground electronic music enthusiasts, our respective passions for the genre have led us on many a (mis)adventure over the years - across all parts of the globe. Whether it was venturing deep into inner city Detroit in the 90s just to seek out Mad Mike Banks at the legendary Submerge record shop - or finding a miraculous way to get on the ‘guest list’ at Berghain - one thing we all have in common is that we’re happy to go to extreme lengths in the hope of experiencing amazing music.

In January 2015 we leveraged our passion and global networks to present our first ever _COSM event: MACHINE, headlined by none other than techno royalty, Ben Sims and Kirk Degiorgio. The overwhelmingly positive response we received from the local music community gives us confidence we are onto something. We’re looking forward to bringing you more amazing music in the months to come.
