Introduction
Sometimes it happens by our decision which leads us to our desired purpose like our lives in the future, including a career. Nowadays, the rate of applying for jobs has climbed higher every year, and many applicants have signed up for this competition to take their desired positions. It is a good opportunity for some candidates who have a part-time job before as a pre-working experience. However, how can they relate their part-time jobs or working experience that might not associate with the position that they are applying for at all?
We're thrilled to present an exclusive discussion between our esteem representative from Minor Hotels, Agoda, True Corporation, and Mahidol University. Who will share their insights on How to Build Your Career
About this event
This event will aim to discuss the hiring process’s perspective that each company focuses on and explain what the strategies to build a successful career are. And how universities suggest their students prepare for their careers while studying. Based on the competency and working experience that everyone has been through. How can they develop new skills through education and working experiences? What are the important factors that every company is looking for from candidates? How do the candidates use their experience to set up their careers? What is the method to achieve their career goals as university students?
What the audience can expect:
- The collaboration of panelists from achieving corporations giving the details of the recruitment process
- Sharing the opinion and perspective from people who have worked in different roles of positions in the hiring process.
- The method to adjust the work experience into the specific career path
- Identifying opportunities students have in universities to develop their careers.
