We have prepared an exciting and sweaty 8 min High Intensity Circuit Training Competition for our Grand Opening consisting of 7 different body weight exercises to be performed by each contestant. The program includes; Burpees, Rotating side planks, knee tucks, Push-ups, Bicycle crunches, Jump lunges, Mountain climbers. Please see below for the full details. At the end of the competition, a female and male contestants will be selected as winners and walk away with an amazing prize; a CrossOver T-shirt and one month membership at our new integrated fitness hub!

Rules:
1. Burpees: chest has to hit the ground for normal burpees. Variation: stiff arm burpees.
2. Rotating plank: body has to be vertical to the ground at each rotation.
3. High jump: both foot landing to the ground at the same time and knees higher than the hips.
4. Push-ups: chest to the ground for normal push-ups. Variation: Knees on the ground.
5. Jump lunges: the front knees should not go over the toes.
Important: each contestant has to declare which variatio of push-ups and burpees he/she is going to perform before starting the competition. This is to avoid confusion when calculating the points.
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance.
