A departure from old consoles and games for this session, we will be playing the eagerly awaited and only just released, indie game, Cuphead! In the style of a classic shooting platformer, with beautiful characters and worlds created by hand-drawn cell animation, reminiscent of old cartoons complete with watercolor backdrops and a jazz score. We will also be playing Nintendo's newest console offering, the Nintendo Switch.

8-Bit Bangkok is a group with a shared interest in video gaming, aliens, VHS nostalgia and comics.

We get together to play retro video games once a month at JAM. Super Nintendo, Atari, Master System, Sega Saturn, whatever. If you have any consoles or games you would like to share for future nights please let us know.
