Join us at Parasol Restaurant as we collaborate with one of our favorite cocktail bars MadameEm's! This Parasol x MadamEm's event will be focusing on "Zero Waste" from the bar as well as the kitchen.

We will be using a variety of in season ingredients that will allow us to connect flavors from the small plates menu to the special cocktail menu for the night. Be prepared to see interesting uses on: Avocado, Mulberries, Mangosteen, Sour Mango, Pomello and more!

We are going to challenge ourselves on using the entirety of the ingredients presented to offer you a tantalizing experience while learning new tricks to reduce common food waste. Parasol restaurant will take any un consumed bits and seeds and add them to our compost at the conclusion of the event.

We will be featuring 5 small plates and 4 special cocktails for this event that will not only bridge ingredients together, but create an all-encompassing experience. We hope to incorporate flavors, textures, and scents that will make you think twice about discarding common food wastes in the future!

After the event, there will be an after party at MadameEms to keep the party going all night long!

Parasol will be offering our full service menu as well during the event.
