The Time is NOW: Mindful Self-Compassion builds your resilience and increases your emotional well-being.This is a special, enhanced version of the MSC program for these trying times. The enhanced version includes the 9 course sessions PLUS additional mid-week practice sessions.
Since the course is online, we invite people from across Thailand to participate.
The course sessions will begin April 26; there are orientation session on Sunday April 12

Every human being has a deep potential for peace, kindness and wisdom.Mindful Self-Compassion(MSC) develops and strengthens your own inner resources to bring a kind, connected presence when facing whatever life is sending your way. Research shown that the Mindful Self-Compassion course increases emotional well-being and resilience while decreasing anxiety and stress.
Course fee with compassionate discount: 10,000thb for all sessions! (approx. 29 hours)
Course: 8 sessions + 1 retreat half-day on Sundays, plus Wednesday practice sessions April 26-June 21, totaling 29 hours
Even though we are offering the course online, we will still limit the number of participants to 20 people so that we can be together as a group.
