We are living through strange and difficult times. Covid 19 is forcing us all inside our homes like never before. Terms such as self-isolation, social distancing and quarantine have become the norm, and many of us are missing our family and friends, our hobbies and our routines. BUT, many of us now have more time on our hands, and more than ever we need to stay connected… So what better time to focus on our health - physical, emotional and spiritual!

It’s time to turn that flab in to fab, that rejection in to connection, and that frown upside down!

Tyrone is going digital! That’s right, every Saturday across the globe through the magic of your computer screens, Ty will be live streaming his infamously hedonistic aerobics classes, inspired by his love of fashion, glamour and all things 1980s.

Classes will go for approximately 45 minutes, will change weekly, and will feature some of his classic routines loved by fans everywhere, as well as some new Corona themed tracks, followed by a glam inspired backyard DJ set to keep you dancing in to the night / morning / afternoon… whatever! Don’t forget to dress to impress, and pack the Prosecco!

We will initially be using the Zoom platform, and spaces are limited, so download it now and then simply click on the link below before the class and prepare to witness the fitness!
