The Pansodan proudly presents a Four Hands dinner with Chef Malcom Lee from Candlenut, the world’s first Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant and Chef Arkar of The Pansodan, winner of Masterchef (Myanmar) Season 2, and Sous Chef Kaung Kin Htet. The Four Hands Dinner features a special menu developed in collaboration between Chef Malcom Lee and Chef Arkar combining Michelin award winning Peranakan cuisine with a contemporary Myanmar menu.
