How to receive tickets

How to exchange plastic ticket for #WINNERCROSSTOURINBKK

You can redeem your plastic tickets by :

1) ALLTICKET counter service (14 branches)
You can visit ALLTICKET counter Service there are 14 branches plese see detail on the image.
The period of the exchange: 3 Jan 2020 (from 11AM) to 5 Jan 2020 (11.30PM) - 24 hours open

2) Visit ticket box on show date
You can exchange your receipt to plastic ticket by visiting Ticket box which located between GATE 2 and GATE 3 on show date.
The period of the exchange : 10.00 AM until 1 hour after show started.

◼️List of documents for pick up the plastic ticket
1. Original receipt / Email from ALLTICKET for the payment confirmation / SMS payment confirmation (Please select one of the confirmation of the payment)
2. ID card or Passport of ticket purchaser (ticket owner)

◼️ If attorney exchanging the ticket on purchaser behalf , please bring the list of required documents below :
1. Original receipt / Payment confirmation e-mail from ALLTICKET / Order confirmation SMS (Please select one of the confirmation of the payment)
2. Copy ID card with the signature of ticket purchaser, please follow the format as detail :
"Mr./Mrs./Miss ....(Your Name and surname). Here by authorize Mr./Mrs./Miss .... (Ticket collector name and surname)... on my behalf to collect plastic ticket of WINNER [CROSS] TOUR IN BANGKOK"
3. Copy ID card with the signature of ticket collector to proof that you're authorized ticket collector

Required Document
1. The invoice or receipt or any certificate proof of payment.
2. Identification card or a copy ID card of the ticket payer.
3. All Ticket reserve the sole right not to accept a copy, incomplete and adjusted receipt.

In case of Lost Ticket
1. If you pick up the ticket by yourself, please inform Reserve ID and show the ID card.
2. For the representative of card receiver, please provide the required document as follows :
- A copy of purchaser's ID Card.
- Power of Attorney with a copy of authorization representativeฟs ID Card
- Please pick up the ticket an hour before show start.
3. For the ticket of non-specific seat, if it's lost or damaged, the company reserves the right not to release the new ticket in all cases.
