In this talk, we'll go over the basics of UX research - customer observation, user personas, usability testing - and how they're used in the product development process. We'll also talk about ways to bootstrap UX research without breaking the bank. We'll also discuss free resources on where you can learn more about UX research and UX in general.

Ben is a UX Designer and Researcher from Los Angeles, California. He used to work with UX Pin and currently on a 4-month trip around Asia, visiting local UX communities along the way.
