THE ELECTRIC PI-PHAT BAND

The Electric Pi-Phat Band is a brand new quartet formed by the drummer of The Paradise Bangkok Molam International Band 'Phusana Arm' featuring bass, electronics and ปี่พาทย์ (Pi-Phat), an ensemble of wind & percussion instruments from central Thailand. The aim of the band is to create a new interpretation of Thai traditional music in a modern setting. It will be a shifting, improvisationary ensemble featuring Pi / Ranad / Pengmang. Sessions will run bi-monthly, exclusively at Studio Lam.
