"Terms and Conditions for Registration to Attend the TESS SEA SYMPOSIUM 2025 (Cadaveric Session & Dinner Event)

Please read and understand these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for the TESS SEA SYMPOSIUM 2025. Your registration signifies your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Registration and Event Participation
Individuals interested in participating in either the Cadaveric Session and/or the Dinner must register through the channels designated by the Organizer only.
Registrants must provide true, accurate, and complete information as specified in the registration form.
The right to participate in the event is reserved for those whose registration has been confirmed by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change, cancel, or adjust the details of the event (e.g., schedule, venue, speakers) as deemed appropriate, and will notify registered participants in advance if possible.

2. Personal Data Collection and Usage (PDPA)

Upon registration for the event, the Organizer will collect your personal data, such as name, surname, email address, telephone number, organization, and position (as necessary), for the purposes of processing registration, organizing the event, communicating event-related information, and internal management.
Your personal data will be kept confidential and used only for the stated purposes, in strict accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
The Organizer will not disclose your personal data to external parties unless with your consent or as required by law.
You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data held by the Organizer by contacting the Organizer through the provided channels.

3. Photography and Videography within the Event

Photography and videography may occur within the TESS SEA SYMPOSIUM 2025 for the purpose of future event promotion, event documentation, or other event-related objectives.
By participating in the event, you acknowledge and consent to the Organizer or those authorized by the Organizer (e.g., freelance photographers) taking photographs and/or video recordings in which your image may appear. The Organizer will use these images and videos within a reasonable scope and in accordance with the event's objectives.
If you do not wish for your image to be used for widespread promotional purposes, please inform the registration staff on the event day or notify the Organizer in advance. However, the Organizer may not be able to fully accommodate your request in cases of general event atmosphere shots.
All attendees are responsible for respecting the personal rights of others and are prohibited from recording images or videos of other attendees without their permission.

4. Rights and Responsibilities of Participants

Participants are required to follow the instructions of the Organizer's staff and the regulations of the event venue.
Participants are responsible for any damage caused by themselves to the property of the Organizer or the event venue.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who exhibits inappropriate behavior.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time and will notify registered participants through appropriate channels.
