Exhibit application is available on July 31, 2025 Please complete THAILAND COFFEE FEST 'Year End' 2025 booth application form. To confirm a place at the event, you can make your first payment as of today. You’ll receive an email as soon as the payment has been completed as well as a Bill Payment slip in 3 business day. The first payment is 50%. Your shop will go through consideration process. Application deadline is September 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM.
A retail shop can hold only one Village booth. For the small coffee roasting factory, the coffee roasting machine weight must not exceed 5 kgs. The booths are 2x2m. The list of qualified exhibitors Village Booth will be announced on September 19,2025
**Village Booth This is a chance for small retailers to attend the THAILAND COFFEE FEST 'Year End' 2025.
- For the small coffee roasting factory, the coffee roasting machine weight must not exceed 5 kgs
- Exhibitor in the Village Zone will have to pass the requirement, please send your information for consideration. 1 Exhibitor can only reserve 1 Village Booth
- Exhibitor in the Village Zone can only sell products that is submitted at the registration.
- Announcement for qualified Village booth on September 19,2025 and the payment has to be made in full of 12,000 Baht (Excluding VAT) within September 25,2025.
September 19,2025 Announcement for qualified Exhibitor for Village Zone
The list of qualified exhibitors Village Booth will be announced on Thailand Coffee Fest Facebook page then you will receive a confirmation e-mail again. The exhibitors will be selected by organizer and Specialty Coffee Association of Thailand.
September 25, 2025 -Pay the deposit (50% of full-price)
to confirm your attendance and Pay 100% payment , to confirm your attendance for Village Zone

October 9,2025 Draw lots to select the booth location
To be fair to every exhibitor, the booth location will be selected by Lottery Draw (The place will be announced again)
*The draw will be random, if Exhibitor would like to select the specific booth’s location; Exhibitor will have to be a sponsor for this event.

Terms and Conditions for Thailand Coffee Fest ' Year End' 2025
- Reserved for businesses, products, equipment, tools, and services related to coffee and coffee-related companions.
- Products display in the Exhibition has to be legal and not copyright infringement
- Selling food and drinks (alcohol) are not allowed
- If the products display in the exhibition are not registered upon the registration, Organizer reserved the right to notify Exhibitors to stop displaying that product immediately. If Exhibitors still violate this rule, Organizer reserved the right to terminate Exhibitors from the Exhibition. All damages/losses will be exhibitors’ responsibility and the payment will not be refunded
- Organizer reserved the right, in any circumstance to refunded.
- In case of unavoidable cause such as natural disaster, political uncertainty, pandemic, or any others; which cause the Exhibition to be postponed, Organizer reserved the right, in any circumstance to refunded.
